Terms and Conditions for Invoiza

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Invoiza mobile application and related services (“Invoiza”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Invoiza, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the application.


1. Use of the Application

Invoiza is provided for the purpose of creating invoices, quotations, managing services and products, tracking expenses, and related business activities.

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful business purposes

  • Ensure the accuracy of the information you enter

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the app’s functionality


2. User Data & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All data entered into the app, including client, invoice, and financial information

  • Maintaining backups where necessary

  • Ensuring compliance with local tax, accounting, and business regulations

Invoiza does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.


3. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If Invoiza offers paid features or subscriptions:

  • Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase

  • Payments are processed through the applicable app store

  • Subscription management and cancellations are handled through your app store account

Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store provider.


4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Invoiza app, including:

  • Software

  • Design

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

remain the property of Invoiza. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without written permission.


5. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Invoiza available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features

  • Update the app at any time

  • Suspend access for maintenance or security reasons


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Invoiza is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business interruptions


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Invoiza if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.


8. Privacy

Your use of Invoiza is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your information is handled.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Invoiza after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
